Child / Adult Rate:
• Extra adult will be charged INR 2750 + 18 % tax per night with an extra rollaway bed.
• Children with ages between 06 to 12 years shall be charged INR 2000 + 18% tax per child per night with an extra rollaway bed.
• Children with ages between 06 to 12 years shall be charged INR 1250 + 18 % tax per child per night without an extra rollaway bed.
• Children below the age of 06 years stay complimentary, sharing their parent’s beds.
• A maximum of 03 adults or 02 adults and 02 children can be accommodated in any of the above-mentioned room categories.

Meal Supplement Charges:
Buffet Breakfast / TDH Menu (where applicable) - INR 850 + 18 % tax Per Person
Buffet Lunch / TDH Menu - INR 1250 + 18 % tax Per Person
Buffet Dinner / TDH Menu - INR 1550 + 18 % tax per person

Mandatory Gala Dinner supplement for Christmas & New Year:
Christmas Eve (24th December) - INR 10000 + 18% tax Per Couple
New Year's Eve (31st December) - INR 15000 + 18% tax Per Couple

A child below 6 years is complimentary. Children between 6-12 years would be charged at 30% of the rate. A child above 12 years would be considered an adult.

• Water cycle @ INR 400 + 18 % tax per person for 20 mins
• Kayaking @ INR 400 + 18 % tax per person for 20 mins

• Private Shikara boat cruise @ INR 3,500 + 18 % tax per hour - Outsourced Service (Minimum 2 pax. Maximum 12 pax)
• Speed boat cruise @ INR 3,500 + 18 tax % per hour - Outsourced Service. (Maximum capacity 4 pax)
• Cake in room @ INR 350/- including applicable taxes (1/2 KG) – For Honeymoon couple/ Anniversary / Birthday
• Floral bed décor & floral bath arrangement @ INR 1,785/- including applicable taxes - For Honeymoon couple

Complimentary – Activities & Amenities:
• Fishing and fish – feeding in the lagoon between 0900 hrs. To 1800 hrs.
• Cycling within the resort premises between 0900 hrs. To 1800 hrs.
• Wireless internet access for one device within the resort premises.
• Fruit basket in the room once during the stay.
• Evening Hi-tea between 1630 hrs. To 1730 hrs.

Booking Terms & Conditions: -
• The confirmation is subject to room availability and advances received
• The rooming list with the arrival and departure details to be received at the resort at least 15 days from the date of check-in
• Early check-in & late check-out, on availability of rooms and at the discretion of the management

Payment procedures: -
• 50 % advance payment at the time of making the reservation.
• Balance 50% payment 15 days prior to the date of check-in.
• Extras at the time of check–out by credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date will attract 100% of package/applied rate as retention.
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival date would attract 50% as retention.

Note: Please provide the GST number of your entity at the time of reservation should you wish to avail of input credit. The hotel would not be liable for any input losses in the event a GST number is not provided at the time of reservation.

“The taxes indicated are as per current rates. Change in taxes as per the proposed GST act will be effective as and when announced by the statutory body. An addendum to the same effect will be passed and signed by both parties as and when applicable”.
